I don't really get it..
Not to sure why this has such high ratings..no offense. The story and artwork is ok, but the animation..not so ok. Everything moves so slowly..nothing is really fluid..maybe do some tutorials on animation..specially walk cycles. You're camera angels were really nice...I will give you kudos for that..just learn to animate.
Learn how to lip sync..
It looks like you did mostly tweens for this...and if you want to go into animation, try to learn how to use them well. There's no pacing..everything moves at the same pace. Also..cop out on the face shot cutting out the mouth..it just makes the animation feel awkard with no jaw or mouth movement what soever .A great book to get to help out is "The Animators Survival Kit"
Work on your pacing..
It's all at one speed. Try to speed certain things up, like when he falls and such. That will make it look more believable.

Not bad drawings..
But look at some walk cycles, no offense but she wasn't really walking. Work on more fluidity in the animation as well, it felt kinda stiff. But nice graphics.
Be Different
I guess seeing that you just started with flash that this is what you produce, but try to think out of the box if you're going to do something like that, I mean how many animations like this have you seen. If you're going to go with that type of style then try something more unique than just fighting. Kudos on taking the time to learn flash though. Maybe look at some tutorials.
Ive looked at tutorials, ive never seen a Line fighting flash before.

Not to bad for one of your firsts...be careful with your speed...somethings were too fast like the text..but some things needed to be faster like when he has the electricity. Not a bad story tho.
